Brandie Kramer is the founder of Spark Communications and an award-winning communications strategist. She has nearly two decades of experience in media relations, content creation, and strategic communications.


Throughout her career, Brandie has built a reputation for developing compelling narratives, enhancing audience engagement, and executing high-impact communication strategies.


Most recently, Brandie served in a communications management role at KSDK, the NBC affiliate in St. Louis, where she played a pivotal role in shaping internal and external communication strategies, managing media relations, and producing engaging content for various platforms. Her expertise in crafting strategic messaging helped strengthen employee engagement and public relations efforts. Additionally, she successfully led the station’s 75th-anniversary celebration, overseeing digital storytelling and an event that attracted 700 attendees.


In addition to her corporate experience, Brandie is a dedicated educator, serving as an adjunct instructor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She teaches Social Media in Public Relations, equipping students with the knowledge to navigate the evolving digital landscape.


Brandie’s background also includes roles as a writer for a global biotechnology company and as a digital journalist.


Her expertise has been recognized with numerous industry accolades, including a Regional Emmy Award nomination, Unsung Hero Award, and AVA Digital Awards.


With a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Brandie brings both academic and hands-on expertise to her work.
